Review

From the best-selling authors, Holly Black and Cassandra Clare, The Copper Gauntlet (the second book in the Magisterium series) is greatly written for ages 10 to 13 who love an exceptional fantasy novel. I think my favorite character is Tamara because she is very brave and is a wonderful friend but sometimes is mysterious as well. This book tells you that there is no direct path to your future and that you can always change even when it seems impossible. Most of it is set on the character’s journey with lots of dead end and risky paths. My favorite part of the book is when they discover the tomb because it is sort of creepy and cool at the same time. If you are into magic and creepy things this is the book for you. After I read this book I immediately started looking up books by Holly and Cassandra and I found around 30 new books that I now need to read (I really badly want to read Doll Bones by Holly Black).

about Xavier

Hi my name is Xavier, my mom and I started this site when I was ten (I’m thirteen now). I began working on this site because I love to read so much and I always give my friends ideas for books they should read. Click here to see a list of my favorites books. Most of my days are spent at school, on the bus, or doing homework. When I find a little down time I like to draw, listen to music, sing, play ukulele or bass guitar.
